Does "on ley line" work for you?!
Ive had it with several different files and i ALWAYS (100% of the time in my experience) get a singleton!

I am afraid to move into a lot with that trait, now that Toddlers arrived <3
My Sim had twins once (first time) when living in an apt. with that trait. That was before Toddlers though. I think I will stick with a single Toddler, they seem a handful! :D
