Does "on ley line" work for you?!
Ive had it with several different files and i ALWAYS (100% of the time in my experience) get a singleton!

It's worked for me 100% of the time. I took it off the lot after my sims had their THIRD set of twins in a row! I'm waiting to see if the next generation will be singles now that I've removed it, or if the lot trait persists after changing the same way it does when you change a sim's traits in CAS.
