Does the butler actually clean anything that needs to be cleaned?

I make a point to have my Sims build a relationship with the Butler. They also often praise him when he's done a good job. Mostly, he tends to the infant. Sometimes to the detriment of my Sims' woohoo life! Guess, it would behoove the couple to remove the bassinet from their bedroom … Either that or three children will be their limit. :confused:
