Does the Forgotten Grotto entrance exist as an object in debug?

I've seen a boarded up version, but I'm wondering if the un-boarded version is available in debug mode to place on a mountain to give the illusion that there is a mine. Or is there another mine entra...

Could you take the boarded up version, cheat sims handiness up to open it and use it then? Sorry I don't know if there's another way, I'm not very familiar with the debug catalogue.
