Doing the millionaire scenario

I've played Rags to Riches so many times I can't think of new ways to make it a struggle for my sim so I did this scenario like a Rags to Riches speed play. I selected initial aspiration and skills I thought would be most helpful, plopped him down on an empty lot and set one of the lot traits to Fertile Soil, and once past just trying to survive I concentrated on getting the 5000 Satisfaction points to get a Money Tree. Once I had the money tree planted in the garden I concentrated on the next 4000 Satisfaction points to get the Super Green Thumb trait. When my first money tree was fully grown and harvestable instead of selling its fruits I used the previously mentioned trick of pulling it into the household inventory to separate the fruit from the tree then placing the tree back on the lot and planting the five money fruits. I'd argue this isn't really a cheat since I can do it without testingcheats on or mods, but I'm sure others will argue otherwise. Being how long it takes the money trees to grow it's a real challenge in itself finding the optimum balance between how much you are "harvesting" money fruits to plant and how many you just sell. I managed to grow an orchid of 16 fully grown and fruit producing money trees and have a million Simoleans after 23 game days.
