Doing the millionaire scenario

I’m also starting on an empty lot but my first focus is building her handiness skill so she can get into the secret lot in oasis park. Once she can I’ll have her search for enough rocks and stuff to buy a tent, fire out and outdoor shower tarp. She then has to get to a million by never leaving that area. (How she gets out) for story telling purposes the fish she catches and gems she digs up get collected by some mystery force when she sleeps at night or something.
