Thank you so much to those that answered @grevilliablue who asked me about the Surge Emotion! I apologize for not doing it myself, I didn't see the notification for it. :| Anyway...

Finished the scenario in 21 Days, 12 Hours and 10 Minutes with my Sim, Angelique Arrendondo. In true Rags to Riches style she started on an empty lot with 0 simoleans on the first day of 14 day seasons in Summer at 6:01 a.m. All weather effects were on, Eco Lifestyle NPC voting, Lifestyles and Fame off. I also turned aging off and she had no autonomy. She started with the Angling Ace aspiration for the Collector bonus trait and Loves Outdoors, Loner and Genius for traits. I set her Likes for Handiness, Gardening, Painting and Cooking. As a result her Fun need was always full.
I mostly followed the plan I used when I did the Rosebud 500K Solo Challenge as outlined in a previous post here in this thread. The only difference this time is that she upgraded her bed instead of buying an expensive one, and bought the Frugal reward trait instead of Waterproof and Steel Bladder. Last time I had aging on with a normal lifespan as well. She also bought a few moodlet solvers toward the end to power through with the extra time to end quicker. I was mostly challenging myself to see how quickly she could complete the Scenario using the 500K method.
If I do this again, I'll try it with a Spellcaster Sim and see how quickly it can be accomplished with the Copypasto and other spells. In the spoiler is a few more screenshots and details about Angelique, her home, etc., and my try at this Scenario if anyone would like to take a look. :)
I had fun with this Scenario, but to be honest, the 'reward' of 5000 Satisfaction points was a bit disappointing. Personally, I think it should be some other kind of reward. Perhaps a unique object only available by completing it? Just a thought... Although, perhaps the end result reward isn't meant to be very big since the real reward is just completing the challenge and the fun to be had while doing it. :)
Happy Simming! <3
EDIT: Opps! It was 21 Days 12 (not 10) Hours and 10 Minutes! Apparently I can't add. :D

Here's Angelique in CAS at the end of the Scenario. She's packed on a few pounds by just eating salads and at the beginning, tofu dogs townies left on picnic tables in the nearby public park area.

She lived on the 20 x 15 Comfy Cubby lot in Newcrest. Lot traits were; Great Soil, Home Studio and Homey. Her ending lot value was 16K close to 17K. I kept it very minimal, no landscaping and the only decorations on the walls were a postcard she requested from Riverview for the Inspired trait, a Flirty painting in the bedroom and a somewhat rare Freezer Bunny in the forest medium size Classic painting. I always keep that one if my Sims paint it since I love it!

Here's the front of her little abode at the end of the Scenario.

Left side and backyard. Right side looks exactly the same except windows placement.

Overhead view of the layout. Very simple, nothing fancy. She actually had a few 'luxury' items that really were not needed. For example, she didn't really need anything in the living area except the easel, postcard, chess table and one chair. Same in the kitchen, she could've done without the dishwasher, extra counters and the island could've just been two pieces, two chairs and the laptop. She never even used the stove.
In the bathroom, she really didn't need the shower divider, toilet roll or the fancy flooring. She really didn't need the back patio either except for just enough to shelter the out of season plants, but oh well. I love building, so decided to give her a somewhat minimally completed house. Any other 'extras' would've been a waste since objects start to deteriorate in value as soon as they are placed, except for build assets such as walls, windows, columns, flooring, paint etc.

Dragonfruit, Money Trees and a Growfuit tree were important items toward making the Million.

She also acquired Bird of Paradise from the Romance Festival and over in that pot behind her is a Lily plant grafted with a Snapdragon to get Orchids. She never did get any Orchids though. Oh well. At her feet is a fossil and an element. Along with those plus a Mathematical drawing hung above the woodworking table and using 'ponder' on the chess table, she was able to get and stay focused or very focused when crafting the Camp Mascot statue.

At the very beginning, the first thing Angelique did was go fishing at the pier in Magnolia Promenade. She fished up some cowberries and Dragonfruit there. Plus, one of my other Sims, Josh Hunter stopped by to mentor her in Fishing. Josh is a Super Sim I put in my custom template save I use to start all save games along with numerous other Sims who have completed other challenges I've tried. They act as NPCs and possible friends, love interests for my current Sim in new saves.
Angelique took the time to get to know Josh during the Scenario and they became Best Friends, then lovers, boyfriend/girlfriend, Soulmates and lastly, they got engaged! If I hadn't taken the time to do that, she might've completed even quicker. But hey, she's not a robot, everyone needs love. He was her only friend in the Scenario. I intended for him to just help with social, but he kept coming over to the house. hehe
It's kind of ironic in a way, because this is exactly how my Sim in a personal challenge met Josh as a Teen back in January of this year. Josh and Essa are now adults and have twin YA daughters. Not sure if I'll keep playing Angelique, but if I do, perhaps she and Josh will actually get married some day.
