I'm afraid that if these scenarios effect a serious increase in play time, EA might choose to put them out more frequently and cut back on packs.
I mean the making money scenario hardly needs any programming but needs more time than I'd guess most players spend playing the game on a regular basis - especially when there haven't been any packs that provide new gameplay for quite some time.
