In The Sims 4: Get Famous, children and teens who join the Drama Club won't earn trophies like they do in the Scouts Club from The Sims 4: Seasons. I saw someone here report that they did not get the trophy that an alert told them they received, though. It was unclear if they actually did look in household inventory (which is where it goes).
