@Ellupelluellu I'm not a builder either but I really enjoyed this feature in TS3. I like challenges though and if I view it as a challenge then it'll work for me. It'll probably take me quite a while to advance in the career because I'll probably only do one or two jobs a week. So as not to burn out.
