As you can tell, so far I have sadly been unable to get a cowplant in my game.
I think there is one in debug mode. Otherwise I think people find the cow plant seed in debug mode, plant it, and then they shift click on it and cheat it to full size.
I use a level 10 gardener and buy rare seeds until I get one. Sometimes I have to spend 10,000 simoleans before I get one. Then I plant it on a micro tiny lot which speeds up the growing time.
I hope we do get a decor cowplant because I can't keep them alive very long. The cake comes out when my sims are sleeping and dies before they wake up.
