@Chicklet453681 , I strongly doubt it is about the premades , as pretty many have deleted them :) Most likely you will end up renovating the lots you have made :)

I was just concerned about the pre-defined design criteria by the homeowner, like if the game is saying this particular sim, who lives on this particular lot wants this done, I didn't know if they will be randomly generated for any/all sims in that world.

Now, I'm wondering too if you own packs with worlds besides the base game, which I own them all, if sims for every world will request renovations.

Hopefully we learn more in the live stream next week.

I hope so, why else would they use CL premade (Penny) in teaser pics?

I’m really excited about this pack. Walk in closets! The play tent is also adorable. I just need to see all the CAS stuff. And to know what new recipes are coming. I hope there’s a few. And I hope the counter top oven or even toaster oven can be used for baking and maybe by kids.

I am VERY excited and anxious about the likes/dislikes! I hope it really impacts gameplay. I think it is an update...which I am so very excited about!!! It could lead to sims liking sims with the same interests better etc. Would be a game changer for me!!

First bit of prepping.
I bulldozed this Magnolia Promenade lot to make way for my sims Business and Design Studio.

I am going to approach it like I did the Stylist career by combining a related business with the career.


My sim will purchase this lot and slowly build her Business selling just decor initially, but eventually sell full furniture sets.
Of course she will be offering her design services as well.

I mean, I like a patch-work sofa, but...

I know I'm not meant to get my hopes up (or anyone elses :lol: )...but does this imply there are new pre-made lots in the new GP?
