I don't think the swiping is there, but your clients will probably react in awe, or shock depending on how well you did. It sounded like if you could get them to react in awe, then they would not care if you went a bit over budget, so that's interesting, it adds a little bit of strategy to the renovations.

The trailer have left me with some high hopes actually, it sounded like there will be renovations where you have a limited budget, and jobs where you can renovate a little more freely and also crazy jobs where they want a pool in the kitchen, or maybe you can just do that yourself and manage to get your client to like it.

Was that a replica of the Oscar I saw on the shelf? Wish EA would make a GP for a Music Award Show. I'd snatch that up in a New York minute. This GP looks very interesting. I know in the past there was a career of this sort. Should be fun.
