oooh thank you, that explains the extra downloads LOL. I am going to probably get a few more sims move in, so made some changes to my original plan. Will share them after the replies post :) I might do a male template afterwards :)

This is the one they gave her. She is a bit grumpy, game started off in a thunderstorm and they were all stranded outside while I placed the house LOL
