YES. I’m going through the same thing, except my sim can’t use any of the doors as well...I had to use an archway in order to get her in the house, but I can even see the floor she is on because the arrows are grayed out. I don’t know if it’s the lot itself, because I did my build on Affluista Mansion. I had my daughter download the build and it works fine for her; so I bulldozed the original and redownloaded—same problems.
