During A Forum Kerfluffle

First, I'd like to say that kerfuffle is an underused word and I love it.

As for actual kerfuffles, I use the motto Do not feed the trolls. Little misunderstandings are one thing. If I have information that can help, I'll try to help. Actual poo storms and angry shouting into the void I ignore. There comes a point where people don't want discussion, they want to vent. That level of brouhaha is better left unstirred.

I stay out of it posting wise because it’s not worth it to argue with someone that will never change their opinion just like you won’t change yours...... but I do peek at the threads posting the drama to see what’s happening in them.

I'm the kind of person who uses the 'ignore' function, but then checks to see what the user said anyway, because I'm weak and cant help but get caught up in the drama. :D

I do hate it when the arguments get heated, but I enjoy reading other's thoughts. I often find there are arguments on both sides of an argument which resonate with me. So two people can be arguing and I find that I have actually "liked" posts both of them have made.

I try not to get involved. I'm just here to have fun, not argue about things. But on the plus side, watching from a distance is keeping me busy until RoM.

Second I had popcorn ever since the live stream stopped. Then I spent time telling my husband all about it...LOL

Third, I jump into the drama every now and try to give an impartial opinion LOL Everyone must be represented or no one.

Try to ignore it because 8/10 times those who are trying to be woke and tolerant just end up being bigoted sheep themselves instead of accepting that you’re not always going to change someones mind and that’s okay. Everyone is different and has different views, at the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you disagree with them. You don’t know them. You don’t have to know them.
