I've tried this thing many times over the past weeks, but I can't make it work...

On my site at https://myaccount.ea.com it says they sent me a verification code to a mail address that seems correct, but I receive no code... So what can I do? I don't find any other way to turn on the security feature, but with no code I can't do it.
