Online for TS4 is a bad idea in generell. It never had the Feature in the past, so it won't be in the future.
And btw, "Experience" means that EA/Maxis will maybe bring completely new game mechanics to the game which never existed in any Sims game before. A new type of occult maybe (like Genies in Showtime, Fairies in Supernatural and Mermaids in Island Paradise).
