I think if there announcing the Expansion Pack at EA Play, it's probably very flashy, colorful or showy. Like Island Living or Journey to Batuu (Yuck).
A Farming Pack could be considered flashy and interesting. Something with animals. Or a Mythology Pack.
It's probably not something mundane, or it wouldn't be considered interesting enough to show at EA Play.
