Received an email from EA, telling me to claim my discount coupon for Lovestruck. I follow the link and it takes me to Sims 4 page with instructions, but after following the instructions no discount is available. I did the chat and they told me to come to the forums. I wasn't sure where to put this so if this is the wrong place let me know and I will post it in the correct location.
My email doesn't specify what the discount is.

Hello! I received an email stating I had a personal coupon for purchasing The Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion Pack! The email stated "Your discount will be applied automatically!" I clicked the "Learn More" button on the email, which took me to the official EA website.
The website states "This coupon is only available to players who got an email from us letting them know they have an exclusive offer for 'The Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion Pack', then how to claim the special offer. However, after following the instructions, I was still charged full price plus tax for the Lovestruck Expansion, and since there was no stated code or discount percentage, EA Support can't/won't refund my purchase ☹️

I received the email for a 20% discount on Sims 4 Lovestruck pack that would apply automatically during checkout and it is not working. I am on PC, I have restarted the app and even logged off then back on but the discount is not applying. Is there anything else I can do to get it to work? I really wanted this pack..
I just tried to use my promo deal from the Email I received but I did not apply. I checked to see if the promo code had an expiration date, but I didn't see one in the email. Please let me know if there is something I'm doing wrong or another way to get my promo code. Also, I'm signed into the EA app under the correct user name.
I cannot get the percentage off to work for Lovestruck, though I received the email twice. I'm not sure what else to do -- I wanted to purchase it.
