I doubt they're going to add lots to existing worlds at this point. Besides if you consider the amount of lots in all worlds (TS4) and compare it to what you could play in TS3 at once the number is quite satisfying. Placing our own lots like we used to be able would be cool, but I just don't think it's coming in this iteration. If there was some kind of world revamp, I'd be rooting for swimmable waters in every world. But even more important than that I'll join the #FixThePersonalities crowd.
I would love swimmable waters in every world <3 I also hope there were more interactable objects in the worlds, such as the cave in Sulani. Brindleton Bay's fire pit could be like a campfire, so that sims could grill food on it, or at least warm their hands or something. I'd like stuff like that. It would make the worlds feel fuller and it would be fun to explore them.
