Easier/quicker way to add/cheat in all traits added by Parenthood pack?

Is there a way to quickly add the parenthood traits to sims I create as adults? (Top Notch Toddler, Creativity Gifted, Scouting Aptitude, etc..) Can I make a batch file or is there a mod that exist...

If you're still looking for this, I realized the mod I linked you too actually has the two separate components in the zip files; so if you want the"Add Traits in Regular Menu" part without the other, you can just install that, or you can do the opposite, or install both.
