Fire spread from the kitchen to outside of the lot and Grim is just chilling in the kitchen waiting to leave whenever the fire goes out. He seems like he does not hang around if there's no tech or anything interesting to do on the lot. You moocher you.

Not even a few sim minutes into loading into the lot and there's a fire. :neutral:

Never been to the bar so thought I'd go oddly no one was there but it was the middle of the night.

Thankfully a fire alarm was there and they came and put out the fire without anything getting charred and the firemen were pretty good about themselves. Maybe a bit too good. My sim wasn't though.

Somehow all my gardening on my vampires lot has gotten that neighborhood in Forgotten Grotto to become green lol ???

I think that lately with Tiny Living, Eco Lifestyle and now Nifty Knitting EAxis have developed a real style.
Sure, it's very hipster and New Agey, but I like it.
