Sounds like there's another online market place which will be cool. I'm definitely intrigued with the idea of a community of people and getting them to vote on ideas and I'm interested to see if other sims will vote against what you want, and the lot becomes something else. The world looks quite small - I wonder if there will be other lots that will become this community changed place.
