I'm not familiar with the CDkeys site but I know that game developers don't like sites that sell keys on sites that never reveal where the keys are coming from. They could be keys that are bought in another country for cheaper, keys that has been acquired with stolen credit cards, or keys that have been bought and then refunded and the developers generally don't use refunded keys so they work anyway.
I would recommend to always buy sims on origin, because then you know that the game is from the right supplier.
