Sul Sul! Does anyone know where I can find the info on how the EL bills work? I know I've read it somewhere, but I can't find it.

I know that some are speculating that this is just how bills are now, but I checked again after the patch and the tooltip (when you hover over the item in the billing information) for 'lot tax' still says that lot taxes are based "on the value of all objects on the lot and the lot's value". So there should be a fix at some point.
