Ello! Need help with ideas to make the game fun.

I've been playing Sims 4 off and & on since I bought it. The only thing that seems to happen is Go to work...school...study... Even finding a spouse and marrying is boring - there's no zeal and romanc...

She actually dives deep into the gameplay, and actually plays the game. Which is why she's having so much fun with it.
