Evergreen Harbor: Clean or dirty?

I have about 15 different save games I play right now and I'm always adding more when I have new ideas. So... it completely depends on whether or not cleaning up the town is part of the story I want to play in any particular save. Most of my currently active stories probably won't involve cleaning up this town, though I may use the dirty version as an additional setting. In a new story, I might do the "clean up" thing or I might not, depending on whether that is a natural thing for the characters in that story to want to do. My interest in new packs is, as always, just that it gives me more storytelling options. I don't feel I have to use everything they offer.
