Just give me something to create my own worlds/towns/neighborhoods whatever! EA's are junk for my playstyle - I need large lots and a lot of them. The smaller lots are really only good for nonresidential lots in my game lol. My playstyle is severely restricted by not being able to design my own worlds - even if it were just a template I could stamp lots on!
