I'm Still Really upset that they don't have this either :( I wanted to make Kentucky or Alabama in the Sims 4 but I can't now because of this :( i don't get what the deal is. How can you be 4 games into a series and not have a create-a-world tool when the previous Sims 2 and Sims 3 did! :( i'm very disappointed
