Facial Hair for Females?
Is there a way to use facial hair on females? Like a cheat (not a mod, I can't use mods)?

You could make a male sim, then give them a female frame, make them pee sitting down, and make them able to get pregnant. You may have to tweak the facial features a little, but I'm pretty sure the female frame also makes the face more feminine.
Edit: I've never paid attention to pronouns in game, so if they're gendered, that could be an issue.
