Facial Hair for Females?
Is there a way to use facial hair on females? Like a cheat (not a mod, I can't use mods)?

I was intrigued by that (had never tried it) so I just now went into CAS--sure enough, even with the feminine frame selected, I was not able to create breasts. The only real difference I noticed with the feminine frame is that the hips are wider
