Factory One Is The Best Lot!

Question

I’m using the Factory One lot (the Partihouse home) for the first time ever. It’s a great build! So many more details and colors than most EA builds! It comes premade with tons to do. It’s very different from the other Windenburg houses that I’ve used. I kept thinking it must be something I downloaded from the gallery, but it’s not. I love this lot!

I like that lot too.  I've played it as a residential lot but I've been thinking of turning it into a nightclub or something.

That’s a fun idea. I just built a basement, and the entire floor is now taken up with a giant swimming pool.

Windenburg is the only world for me that has great EA/Maxis Build. Still the best!

I think it's an okay lot. I do still have it in my main save and use it as a communal lot for (mostly) young sims still figuring out their lives. What I really love though is the Windenburg island!
