My sims is a level 5 celeb. Can she still earn fame points to get all the perks?

- You can't. I think the max you can have is 10? You can issue a celebrity cleanse from your sim's phone which can reset your fame points. You can choose the perks you want whenever, especially ones you haven't tried out if you want but I don't think you can have all of them at once.
