Now we know what all the familiars look like what will you name them? I'm also only counting the 'pokemon' ones, not pets deputized as a familiar. I'm naming my skull Murray! Did anyone play The Curse of Monkey Island?

Harry's skull will, of course, be Bob.I haven't decided which of the three kids in my legacy will get the voodoo doll yet (primarily because I'm not sure if just the two girls will go for magic, or if Shae's kid brother will follow his sister). If Tony gets it, I may name it Tina. I'm not sure what the girls would name their familiars yet. It will probably depend on what they get and how they get it.

I'll probably go silly off the top of my head and name them things like Hooty-hoot (Owl)... Deathbreath (Skull).. Nevermore (Raven) ect. I tend to do that in games like if I name a pig it will Porkchop or Sausage. I don't see that trend changing.

One of my witch's crow will be Corvus, which is just latin for crow.The dragon will be Blaze.The starry owl will be Celeste. The leaf bat will be Leif. The possessed skull head will be Lord Marrow And the voodoo doll will be Juju. I will most likely not be using the others.

My plantwitch alchemist's leafbat will be called Tacca (the genus containing batflowers!), and my ambitious teenager's spotted sixam (the owl) will be named Altair (brightest star in the Aquila constellation), and I'll just ignore that it technically refers to an eagle.

I see a Harry fan :D You inspired me to re-read so I am starting at Storm Front, and yes, we gotta have Bob the skull lol. I am also going to have Zeus for my Paradise Legacy (Mythological Gods Inspired) so which one would suit him? I haven't decided, but Mele from Sulani is going to have the Dragon called Pyro hahaahaa (from my kids childhoods)

Do you know that in French Newt Scamander is called “Norbert Dragonneau” ? Basically Norbert baby dragon.

I’d call a cat Salem or Crookshanks.

I know my spellcaster Hedwig will have an owl called Harry, but I haven't given much thought to the other (non-cat/dog) familiars yet.

Same. The name will likely be something that has a meaning to the sim I'm playing. Maybe their favourite herb, an author they like or something weather related (just some ideas).
