Farm Pack Hint in Get Famous?

Ok, so I know this might be a stretch but after watching a few YouTube videos showing the Del Sol Valley world overview (lowkey so disappointing) I couldn't stop wondering why they chose to create two separate lots that were somewhat conjoined in the Mirage Park area (see highlighted/"played" lot below).

I wonder if this is a test/hint of how a Farm/Ranch next to a home layout type thing would work? Idk, what do you guys think?

In urban cities like that, the homes are close together. I don't think it's hinting at farming.

I think it's to stay true to the area with homes being crammed so close together.

That, and, the very idea of having to deal with a loading screen to go between a farm and ranch would drive people crazy.

Just speaking personally, I don't think it would be any more annoying than it is traveling from one community lot to another in the same neighborhood area as it does now. So the idea may not be too far fetched. Although it'd be nice if they could open the individual neighborhoods to avoid the loading screen, but I suppose that is only a wish.

They said Toddlers couldn't be done, same with Terrain Tools, so wouldn't be surprised if they add open neighborhoods but not open worlds.

They never at any point said toddlers and terrain tools are impossible.

Open neighborhoods is definitely a no, just like SimGuruGrant said. The game already suffers from a lot of simulation lag and open neighborhoods will make it far, far worse.
  • Maybe the lots are right next to each other so you can make one big homeless camp. +1 point for realism.

The hint to a farming pack is the literal farm and cows you can see in that one lot in Brindleton Bay! :) I believe it's the neighborhood on the top left. It made me so excited when I noticed that cute farm with the dirt roads!
