Farming, Witches, University or...
Considering all the comments I've seen in the last few days, I feel there's three distinct thing simmers want above all else: Witches, University and Farming. Or maybe you just want something complete...

I really want Witches. I feel players that like occult sims have really been left out in the desert to slowly die of thirst by Sims 4 devs.
I mean, four years after release and we still have basically vamps only.
I really think it's time we got Witches, Mermaids, Werewolves, Robots... Ideally I'd want all four, and even though I love the idea of Witches more, I'd seriously love a tropical themed pack with mermaids as well like Island Paradise, because mermaids would mean they'd also add underwater diving mechanics to the game, and this is something we'll never be able to get with mods.
For some reason more and more I think they will add a few occults at once in a Supernatural EP rather than in GP, but with Vampire tier in depth content (I mean it's an EP after all). Especially now that we just got a new GP and it has nothing to do with it, though it's sci-fi themed.
That's not to say I don't want University, as it really belongs in a game all about life simulation. However, I sincerely want my occults first.
Farming could be nice, but at the moment I'm fine with just using Gardening as a pretend, though that does leave animal husbandry out.
