So far, what is your favorite expansion pack and WHY?I chose Seasons

I had to sit here for a minute and really think it through, but my favorite would have to be Get Together! As insanely lovely as Seasons is, I don't think I would enjoy my game nearly as much without Get Together, even if I had Seasons! I love all of the social aspects and the dancing and the clubs. Also Windenburg (is that the world?? ohdear) is ADORABLE. The feel of it is just too cute and makes it the perfect place for my simple sims who want to live in a little cottage. I also heavily utilize the club feature, seeing as I play with a lot of teens and it's really good for making groups or cliques or whatever I want. So Get Together is the one for me. ^U^

When I think about EP’s I think about game changing features, while I like all the eps seasons is the one ep that I think we desperately needed and will always use. No matter what kind of player you are, seasons effects and improves everything.

Get together and city living tie for a close second.

I said seasons but GT was a close second. Windenburg is awesome and the club system is super handy. But none of it feels that immersive without seasons

Given that I don't have Seasons yet, I didn't find it fair for me to actually vote.I believe that Seasons would be my favorite given that I have been looking forward to that soooooo needed change in atmosphere. I think it would help me to get more into this iteration. Another big bonus is that I would have more appreciation for some of the stuff packs (for example, Spooky Stuff would actually be used. I don't do cutsie, but if it "felt" like Fall to me, Halloween parties would definitely be a thing in my game!)At this given time (after discovering how I can manipulate gameplay with it), Get Together is by far the most beneficial. I couldn't give a rat's butt about clubs and going out, but did figure out that it can be used for family play without ever leaving the home lot. My "club" is my family and they do everyday family life and rack up the points!The perks set the correct vibe when I need to complete aspirations goals or need a certain mood for school or work, or just simply raise skills faster. Rally the Troops serves me well to combat the game flaw of not being able to control Sims in different places at the same time. Say, one of my Vamps goes out hunting, when he or she returns, the others are up and have lost that precious sleep. I just call another gathering, pull a few Rally the Troops and other than a shower, everyone is good to go for work or school. ;) *Voted after getting Seasons. My instincts (and experience with past iterations) were absolutely correct!

I picked Seasons, because the sense of time passing, the calendar, and the ... seasons have all increased my immersion considerably, and that's important to me!

Get Together is probably my second choice, because clubs are really flexible, and I like using them to herd the background sims ... I like creating clubs my main sims DON'T join more than I probably should. But it makes the community lots more interesting when I, say, go to a pool and the local swim club is there, or whatever.

Hard choice. I love the club system first and foremost but I need seasons and GTW is so much fun. I need my aliens and love following my sims to work. Then of course CL brought special things for me to enjoy.

I've come to the realization recently that City Living is the EP that inspires me the most to come up with new stories and characters.
It has some issues but since it really gives me the urge to play, I picked it :)

I think I would have to say City Living - I LOVE San Myshuno, probably one of my favourite worlds in the game! I love the idea of apartments and penthouses, and how this is so much different to the other worlds. I love most of the items and build/buy stuff the expansion pack added. Second would be either Cats & Dogs or Seasons. I don't really know about Get Together - I'm not sure what this added but I think it added clubs (and maybe aliens)?? I don't really use clubs (I've only made one club and never really bothered with it) but I've just read through this post and if it added community lots then this and City Living are my top two faves!

City Living because I love San Myshuno, and it's the only place I actually really play in. I wouldn't be able to enjoy the Sims as much if I didn't have City Living

I like Seasons because it really adds to the game. I love how it really changes how you see you sim grow. I'm not a huge fan of the holidays since they stress me out (haha) but overall Seasons is my favorite pack.

So I don’t own seasons yet or get to work (but plan on purchasing soon) so right now it’s Get Together. I feel like it is the one I use the most but Cats and Dogs is a very very close second. I just purchased CD so I’m still forming an opinion, it could beat Get Together though.
