Thanks! I really like Maxis lots but there is definitely not enough room for all of them...I think I will place the Perfect Balance spa in Oasis Springs where the current gym is (I don't think we need two gyms anymore!). I also created a "country club" in Newcrest, and I'm planning to update it to make it a spa (with hot tubs from perfect patio and all)
