Here's a glaring bug: the doctor keeps disappearing from the lot, every day. I've been unable to advance in the field because the doctor is not there to diagnose patients, so I can't fulfill the promotion tasks to actually treat them. And in the detective branch I was tasked with fingerprinting suspects, etc. The problem is when I returned the police station after collecting evidence at a crime scene, all the prisoners that had been in jail that morning had all disappeared so I couldn't fingerprint anyone. I so badly want to love this game, but I keep hitting one road block after another that I may just go back to S3 for another year or two before checking back in with S4 to see if anything's actually been fixed.
