Feedback: Poor Pet Health

As my Sim was walking their dog, I saw Brant Hecking walk Rosie. She was sick like every single other non-player cat/dog in my game. She had stars circling her head. Brant and my Sim split ways shortly, then met up and walked the same route again. Rosie was now also dirty. Again the Sims split ways for a bit. Then Brant comes running up behind my Sim, but without Rosie. I looked around to see if Rosie was still around - she was, left by herself, very sick and far from home:

Could we please be granted healthier pets which in turn would also reflect positively on their owners? Pretty please?

    Same here. Virtually every pet I see is blue, or has red, glowing feet, or something else.

    Since this will never be something the devs will fix on their own since I'm sure they find it "fun" and "quirky" or whatever, here's a mod that completely fixes that issue:

    Yeah, this is way overdone. I understand that there's a Vet career and the game needs sick pets, but shouldn't they mostly only generate illnesses when actually playing it? Maybe once in a while for a pet owner but not every single time I check into a different household. I love the Cats and Dogs pack but this is what makes me not want to use pets at all.

    Is there any way this could be tuned down in the near future? Please?
