Yes! I noticed while playing a conservationist in Sulani. There are several plants near his home. I thought he was just going to go look at the plant. But he was removing wild plants.
I think that action is equivalent to weeding.
Not sure what triggers it though. Maybe the plant had been there too long? At least a new one sprouts up in its place later.
