No, I don't have MCCC. But in my game it's about 70% twins and the occasional triplets when all I've wanted is just one. I dont use any of the fertility traits or lot traits in the game either. I've had to download a mod that lets me specify only 1 child. Bonus of that mod is that I can choose the gender of that child too.
