Fertility massages... who knew!

So my sim Zoe Dodge, married J Carxwell (alien) and he ended up divorcing her when he impregnated the yoga teacher. Zoe met Tate Goth, who she snapped up since all the men she met were related by marriage.

They got married.

and on honeymoon in Granite Springs in a house I'd stuck a few spa bits in I noticed Fertility Massage in the options so Tate jumped to it!

After the massage I had them get frisky

and it worked first time!

No idea if it's just one in there at the moment but I was tickled to find the fertility massage.

  • I have City Life and used the Leyline lot trait so I got a lot of twins in that save :D
  • I've (accidentally) discovered a fool-proof twins/triplets method!
My sim was already pregnant with one baby boy (I use a scanner mod), I thought it would take too long to have single children, decided to give my sim the fertile trait for the next pregnancy. Scanned my sim out of curiosity and boom - two babies, two boys showed up. Added the "on ley line" lot trait, scanned again - triplets, two boys and one girl, and that's how it stayed until birth ?
Tried the same method with a completely new game, new sim, new lot, etc. Got my sim pregnant, scanner shows one baby, added the lot trait, went into live mode, shows two babies. Back into build mode, took the lot trait out, scanned again, one baby! ? So it seems that the traits have more effects of you add them during the pregnancy, rather than before ?

Hey! It's cool you've got something to add to the thread! However in future try not to post in super super old threads. This one has been inactive since 2016 so I'm going to close it. If you have any questions about necroposting you can read this thread here : Necroposting
  • What an amusing and unexpected discovery in the game! Fertility massages sound like such a fun and quirky gameplay element—I had no idea they could have such an impact. It’s always exciting when little details like this add more layers to the Sims experience.

This actually reminds me of how incorporating wellness-focused items, like heated footpads or even spa-themed decor, can elevate a game or real-life relaxation routine. Pairing these with creative storytelling, like your Sims’ eventful love lives, makes for such an entertaining journey.

Thanks for sharing—now I’m inspired to explore some spa setups in my own Sims gameplay! 😊
