This is most defiantly new, because I noticed it started happening for my sims right after the most recent patch. Originally I thought it was because my male sim had reached max body potential but then when I was skyping with @allisoneg02 and we were playing together she had her sims woohoo also and she mentioned that her sims had feathers flying everywhere lol. I've also noticed that ever since that first woohoo my female sim is CONSTANTLY rolling whims to woohoo with her husband at least twice a day. I think they might have given woohoo a bit of an upgrade since they were planning on adding woohoo in hot tubs today
I can say that it's not that new, I've been noticing it for about two months by now ^^
