I get similar issues.
What should happen is the food for that table should get re-queued if the first serving fails. If there was an interaction for this, then that would give us more management abilities.
- Waiter takes food from chef counter, and places directly onto the floor.
- Waiter goes through the spilling food animation when reaching the table, but meal is never re-cooked.
