Food Stalls
Hello :) When I place a food stall on a lot, there is nobody there to operate it (I hope that’s the right word :blush: ) Why is this please?

I’ve placed one in a park. Thinking there will be a vendor automatically be there. However, like previously mentioned you had to pay. I expected something to be like sims 3, where a location will turn when I season has arrived :pensive:
