Foodie vs Junk food fiend

So, I can't really tell any difference yet but... I have a Sim with the Foodie trait, that somehow developed the Junk Food Fiend lifestyle. I haven't noticed them snubbing any of the junk food type options but those options are excellent quality. So, does it make a difference to have those two happen together? Also, once your Sim develops a lifestyle trait can they lose it?

The moodlets are different, more neutral if the lifestyle and trait are the opposite of each other. It happens usually to me with the indoorsy lifestyle and nature loving trait. The Sim has mixed feeling about this and questioning himself, which I find absoluty okay.
  • Junk food fiend is more like Fast food fiend. As long as the food isn't literal junk (aka bad or normal quality), there is no conflict between trait and lifestyle. I imagine Junk food fiend Foodies as prefering the restaurant version of street food: handmade, fresh sushi not from the freezer, pizza from homemade ingredients, perhaps cooked in the family circle, and hamburgers with premium meat.

The most adorable thing about junk food fiend sims is their ability to add sugar or bacon to any meal.
  • I know!! My sim has been adding bacon to everything... because, BACON
    LOL
