Some picture observations from me too.
This scene gives us an idea how the inactive apartments could look like in-game: similar to City Living without that ceiling.
And this promotional picture shows that in build mode, there should be different colored lines to show which room belongs to which unit.
Also, that Hopscotch is large! And what's that "For Sale" sign I see there?
