when it first came out i didn't buy it although i intended too. i played a trial version and i was so sad that it didn't have pools,ghost,toddlers,no open world,so many annoying loading screens and therefore being so limited than i have been used to since playing sims 3 and a lot of expansions. i saw reviews and were sooo bad and i gave up on it and that made me sad :) but some time around April i was curious to search and see if something changed and i saw that pools and ghosts were patched in and we were given a christmas pack for free and that was very very positive, get to work was announced too and i liked the idea of retail stores (although i expected them to be better that they are now,but it is ok) and gave it a try and bought it! i like it now better, i have outdoor retreat and i am planning to buy spa day and some stuff packs. i am a happy simmer now but i will be an extremely happy simmer if seasons-farm life comes in and also toddlers and family game play!!! :)
